Add LaunchKeyΒΆ

You're now ready to add launchkey to your /etc/pam.d/sshd file (just after the @include common-auth lines):

Example:

# LaunchKey multi-factor authentication
@include launchkey

You may need to enable challenge-response to your sshd_config file, add or set:

Example:

# /etc/ssh/sshd_config
ChallengeResponseAuthentication yes

Finally, restart the SSH service on your host machine. It should now prompt you for your LaunchKey username after submitting your password.

Example:

$ sudo service ssh restart
$ ssh localhost
Password: *********
LaunchKey username: lktestuser
