What standards do you support?

We currently support JSON API, OAuth, and OpenID. We’ll be adding support for other open protocols very soon.

What languages are supported in your API library?

The TruValidate Multifactor Authentication Platform API sends back JSON responses flexible enough for almost any situation. If you don’t want to do a direct implementation of our API, you can use one of our many SDKs to help speed up the process. We currently provide the following SDKs available in our developer docs or on GitHub.

Can TruValidate Multifactor Authentication scale and support my huge user base?

Definitely, TruValidate Multifactor Authentication was designed to handle whatever is thrown at it and to always be available.

I need technical help, what should I do?

If you are a contracted TransUnion customer, please utilize the support mechanism outlined in your contract. Otherwise, please utilize the support channel of the particular SDKs GitHub repository.
