In-app PIN Code
The optional in-app PIN Code will add a knowledge factor to the LaunchKey Mobile Authenticator
that will require you to enter a personal identification number (PIN) each time you access the LaunchKey
Mobile Authenticator, including when you access the app to answer an Authorization Request.
Follow these steps to enable and set a new in-app PIN Code.
If you have multiple devices linked and you want a PIN Code securing each device, you must enable and add that
PIN Code on each linked device.
Enable PIN Code in control panel
Navigate to the control panel and tap or move the switch next to PIN Code to enable this
in-app knowledge factor.
Enter new PIN
Enter a PIN Code that should be hard to guess and not obvious to those that know you. You will be asked to enter
the PIN Code twice for confirmation.
